Summary: It was a great stay. Room was comfortable, and clean. Customer service was excellent. Very friendly staff. This is my second trip here and I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for offering a nice place to stay while in Colorado Sorings.

Summary: My family recently stayed two nights at this hotel. The front desk staff were very courteous and the check in and out process was seamless. However there were a few minor issues we encountered. There were multiple brown stains on the bedding of one bed and a couple of small stains on the other. The shower and sink also hairs in them. The curtain to the window was broken, so the sun shined directly on our faces each morning shortly after 5am. The TV also cut out every couple of minutes as well. The location was good though, and they offered a decent breakfast.

Summary: Solo trip to visit family. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Had a problem getting room to comfortable temperature. When I entered room was 61. Turned off AC and room remained very cold. It was close to my family and had a good breakfast.

Summary: My family stayed here for one night. We didn’t use the amenities as we pretty much slept and left early in the morning. Everything in our room was clean and work as expected so I gave 5 stars.

Summary: The hotel was ok but I was surprised at check in with a 100.00 additional charge on my credit card which would be returned to me after 3 to 10 business days. I habe never been charged this anywhere before. The young lady at the desk said it was a local management policy. I opted to pay the deposit with cas which was 200.00. It was returned to me after a brief room inspection that morning. I just think this is something that should be advertised before making a reservation. Staff did not handle it very well either.

Summary: The staff was so sweet. The bed was super comfy and it was SO QUIET! Honestly hotels are usually pretty loud which is understandable but this stay was so quiet it was wonderful.
