Summary: Jack was a great welcoming host at check-in. For cost conscious traveler this is a nice place to stay. Older property - remodeled but clean, bed comfortable and shower warm. Continental breakfast adequate.

Summary: My room was clean and comfortable, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was simple but pleasant, and the breakfast space and lobby were clean and welcoming. I did notice, though, that some features of my room could do with an update: the carpet was old and stained, the sink was cracked, and the ironing board was stained, for example. On the other hand, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the shower relatively new with a nice shower head. Lastly, the area around the hotel was a bit rundown/seemed like it had seen better days. The street in front of the hotel had a lot of potholes, for instance. All in all, though, I was happy with my stay.
