Summary: The hotel was very nicely renovated and very clean. Thr staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was well maintained. The only thing that bothered me (and it didn't bother me much), was that the eggs and sausage were cold and the warmers didn't seem to be maintaining the temp to keep them warm. Its a small thing and will not stop me from recommending this hotel.

Summary: The only issue I had was there was sand in our bed. I had not been in the sand so that was a little uncomfortable for me but it wasn't horrible. Bed was comfortable, the rest of the room was very clean

Summary: Horrible! The food not hot and not much food. The room service clean up my room she not clean the trash and the 2 bed are small then usual. So be aware this hotel in fact not looks like in the pictures .

Summary: Pros: room was spacious with 2 king beds and a pull out couch. Cons: 1st 2 days house keeping came to clean room (horrible job sweeping left trash and crumbs under couch) while we were in there which I found a little odd. They didn't allow garbage to be left out of room door in morning like most hotels. On our 3rd day of our 6 day stay they never showed up nor did they knock on the door we heard the walk pass our room and never knock. We left and came back in the evening assuming maybe they were just busy and eveything would be done when we got back and our over flowing trash cans were still there. So I went to front desk to inform and she gives me a couple of bag which I assume is to last until the next morning. The next morning comes and the same thing happens. No knock or clean up. At this point I feel like this was intentional for whatever reason. I went to front desk andnwaited 10 minutes nobody was there even after calling and ringing bell. I went back to my room and called and someone answered which I found even more odd because the walk from my room to the front desk was maybe 2 minutes. I told her about our room not being clean and trash being there for 2 days and she said she'd speak to housekeeping. An hour later here comes the same cleaner in a bad mood coming in the room to place new towels & take trash. Floor still not swept. When I come to visit I will be staying at another hotel because the lack of hospitality turned our stay sour.

Summary: There were some initial issues with the reservation, but the manager corrected it and me and my family had a great stay! It had a central location near restsurants and shops, which is ideal when you find yourself in Northern Georgia!
