Summary: This is an aging hotel in serious need of renovations and updates. The staff were very friendly and helpful but can only do so much that does not make up for the condition of the facility. There aren't many other hotel options in the area either.

Summary: My reservation I made with Quality in direct was great! Expedia sucked they screwed everything up- they booked for a month after the date I was there! I checked in two hours after I booked it and found out EXPEDIA BOOKED THE NEXT MONTH!! And they would not refund or change the date! I discussed it with owner n manager of quality in and they gave me anther room thank God- but had to pay for it again but they eventually gave me a room for a future date to compensate me! I tried to redeem my payment with Expedia from 2 hours after making the reservation up to the date they scheduled it 30 days later and they blamed everything on the hotel! Hotel told me it was all Expedia and wouldn’t recieve their pmt until the day Expedia booked it ! I’ll NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN!!!!!
