Negative: Roaches wondering around outside lobby at night. Breakfast was a jokr. Eggs did not taste like eggs. Not a good variety. I had to go elsewhere for a proper breakfast. Parking is tight sideways. I woke up to a slashed tire . Also hotel deducted full amount upon arriving. Next day they took $245 from my credot card without aithorization. Third day they took $145 I questioned the front desk but she told me i have to speak to the manager who was not present. Next day i saw the manager Her explanation dod not make sense. She could not justify it so i called my credit card company to dp a fraud alert. Eventually after all the complaining, they refunfed my money. I hsve stayed in multiple hotels before. Some would put a hold incase the room was damaged but they let you know in advance. And it is written on the form they give ypu. This Quality Inn did the opposite. Had i not say anything, i would have beed robbed

Positive: Location was good. Price was great for a quick stay. The place was safe and my room was clean and mostly updated.
Negative: Some costmetic things could have been better, but overall this place checked the boxes for affordable, safe, and clean.
Summary: I would stay there again if traveling in the area.
