Summary: Front desk performance was excellent. Just a reminder to ask cleaning staff to double check bathroom cleaning when done. A minor oversight, but it happens to the best of us. Otherwise, all excellent.

Summary: Upon check in, the woman at the desk greeted me and was very pleasant. There was a woman off to the side behind the desk speaking with the most foul language I’ve ever heard. F word left and right. No professionalism whatsoever. Our first night they were doing some sort of construction on the first floor. We could hear the loud noise(on the third floor) until late. And whatever was being used as chemicals for the project was being vented out the door and smelled so strong we put a towel by our door to stop the fumes from coming in

Summary: Stayed here for race weekend in Martinsville. Only about a 30-40 minute drive from the track from here. Hotel had everything that we needed. Had a great ice machine so that we didn’t have to purchase ice elsewhere before the race. Some other reviews in the past said this place was in not great condition, but I did not experience that. It looks like everything has been renovated since then. The hot water in both the sink and shower was hot instantly which amazed me. Only issue we experienced was the tv. Only had 5-7 local channels, and there was no way to change the input on the tv or remote to hook up a streaming device that I brought. It wasn’t a huge dealbreaker for myself but it might be for other guests. This hotel also has free breakfast which was another plus. It does change every day on what there is to offer, but there always is something for everyone’s liking. I would definitely be willing to stay here again!

Summary: The lounge chair foot stool had large noticeable spot. The room wasn't spot checked, TV was not connected, trash can missing. I had one night stay no need to complain.
