Positive: Location quiet and a few minutes from freeway helped. Breakfast was above average. Link sausages and eggs for warm food plus waffles. The rest was normal fare. Breakfast room had 4 tables, so not good. Front desk gentleman was going the extra mile with customers. A bit of a language barrier on pronunciation i saw. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. I would have given it an 8 if not for tv and remote discussed below. .
Negative: TV SETUP AND REMOTE A BIG PROBLEM! First, it was set to spanish language and couldnt change. 2nd, navigating the remote for simplest functions is hard. . Took me 20 minutes and finally gave up all my solutions. Btw, i travel alot, own a smart tv, am aware it can take time to understand the setup. However, we guests need quick results to accessing the tv! PLS PROVIDE A HOW TO SHEET IN YOUR PROPERTY BINDER, THATS IN THE ROOM. the LG buttons on remote were not self explanatory. For any guests, even those experienced using many remotes, this one was way to difficult.. and, i dont believe answer is to have front desk solve it. Ty(:)
