Summary: Reserved non smoking but room smelt of smoke. Pictures show pool it was filled with dirt and grass. Refrigerator didn’t work good ruined. Had to find towel when asked for on the second night. No room service came to clean our room. Loud music at 6 am on a Saturday morning from parking lot. Women standing outside our window talking loud at 1:30 am.
