Summary: We stayed here because it was close to Lake Hopatcong. It's a little dated but otherwise we had a great night sleep. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. Only issue we noticed was one of the exterior doors didn't lock at night. We padlocked our door. They allowed us late check out so we could shower after our race. Very courteous

Summary: The main hallways had a strong musty smell. All parts of the hotel looked old and worn. This location met the minimum standard for cleanliness.

Summary: Torn curtains, rumpled and torn rug, phone in room not working...not good. The bathtub covering was so poor that I slipped and fell hurting my back and knees. The woman at the front desk and the woman in charge of the breakfast area were VERY HELPFUL.

Summary: The general manager Joann was AMAZING!!! One of the evening manager was a real jerk! They lost our second day reservation and he was awful to me about it as if it was my fault! Jackie the cleaning lady went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would return for those ladies alone!
