Summary: The room was dirty. I think they "cleaned" it but it was just gross. The shower pan was stained so much that we showered with a towel on the floor of the shower. The pillow cases had dirt smudges on the. The mattress was definitely beyond its use. Uncomfortable and squeaky. The bathroom door had a layer of dirt near where you would put your hand to close it but it was a good foot long. The bathrrom door also didn't close properly. You had to kinda shove the door to get it closed. There was an ironing board but no iron. There was an ice bucket lid bit no bucket. I will give them props for having a refrigerator that works really well. Definitely will never stay at a Quality Inn again.
