Summary: The receptionist was super friendly, she let us know that there would be someone at the counter 24 hours in case we left earlier than check out. The breakfast was a great selection and everything was super clean. 10/10

Summary: Everything was great. Better than expected. Price was great, beds were comfortable, room was cool. Would come back. Only recommendation is to have all the washers and dryers working (most were out of service). And stop using coin operated/cash only machines!

Summary: Room was clean with a good view of the mountains. Air conditioner/heater was very very noisy - had to turn it off to sleep. Only complaint.

Summary: Room was great. Not thrilled with breakfast and the small space it was served in. I only had coffee. Closet that served breakfast looked way less than a kitchen and seemed not too clean. It was 90 degrees yesterday and for the entire stay, the pool was closed due to cleaning. Our room was off the pool and it looked clean. So that was a disappointment. The check in lady did ask us our preference of first floor which was nice.

Summary: We had a late check in and the parking lot was pretty full but when checking in the desk clerk offered us a choice of ground level or higher. I thought that was nice of him to offer us a choice. This is a pet friendly hotel and when we got to our room there was some small carpet damage, most likely from another guest's dog. I let the front desk know and they immediately offered to switch us to a different room. We were fine with the room, I just asked the the damage be noted so they didn't think our dog did it when we left. At checkout I again let them know about the damage and inquired to make sure it had been noted with the desk manager assured me it had been. Overall the stay was a good one. Every interaction with an employee was positive.
