Summary: The lady was very rude said she was the manager said she fired workers for not taking the 30 deposit I stayed there several days ago and don't plan on staying there no time soon

Summary: First room they gave us was dark. Only 2 lights were working. The vanity mirror is broken also. They moved us in a different room that was ok but the mirror is broken also. We were afraid that it might give way anytime plus the broken part was sticking out. In the morning for breakfast they don’t want to refill the batter for the pancakes because they say it’s almost 9 am but it was only 8:30. So in short they are just lazy to do their job.

Summary: The room condition was terrible. The wall had visible thick black mold and there were stains on the carpet. Crumbs and trash were left on the floor from previous guests. We tried to swap rooms, but were told that it couldn't be done because the system was down. There were no apologies for the condition. We were simply sent away.

Summary: I had booked this room through Hotels.com a couple of days in advance because plans to stay with family didn't materialize. Due to unforseen circumstances we didn't check in till 6am giving us a very short stay. Upon trying to enter the assigned room I discovered to my horror that the room was already occupied! The desk agent apologized profusely and blamed it on a computer error. Whenwe did get into another room, thebtelephone had been ripped out if the wall, so I called on my cellphone to report it and request an additional blanket because my 84 year old mother was freezing. The agent said most of the phones don't work and I was eventually told they don't give out additional blankets unless they take the old one in exchange. I had paid for the room at time of booking and my debit card charged, but upon check-in was told that was just a hold and ,although she did get me a lower rate, my card was charged again. Furthermore there was no body wash in the shower, only a couple of bidy bars, conditioner and body lotion by the sink. No shampoo. I don't plan to be back through this area anytime soon, but if I do I doubt I will choose this property again.
