Positive: The check-process and front desk sraff was very good..

Negative: After I entered the tub for my shower and got wet I realized that the shampoo dispenser was empty and the body wash bottle was sealed (?) and unusable. I had the bar of soap (provided) to finish cleaning up of sorts. I had spares in my suitcase but I didn't want to bring water in the rest of the room. The morning staff seemed pleasant until I told her about my experience.

Positive: The staff was very kind and accommodating when we decided to leave a day early. They unexpectedly refunded the night so we could get on the road early for medical reasons.

Negative: The town of Needles is nothing fancy, with little to do, very few food choices, and it’s not a “clean” town. Lots of dispensaries. If you have to be in Needles, I do recommend this hotel though.
