Summary: Really friendly and helpful staff! Our key card was not working as a result of a faulty door lock. They immediately offered to change our room with no hesitation. We were traveling with children and requested a bottom room. They made sure we got that bottom room, and poolside so our boys were close by. Breakfast area very clean and stocked. Everyone there was very polite. I enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: The room smelled like Weed and there was a bottle of cleaning solution on the bathroom floor. Everything else looked like it was done but the bathtub was iffy and the sink cold and hot was backwards.

Summary: Break fast was good and fresh. I needed ice and have challenges walking up steps. One of the staff volunteered to go up the stairs and get ice for me. That is above and beyond service!
