Summary: The walls were a bit too thin, so I could easily hear the conversations from the next room, especially with the loud music they were playing. I did reach out to the front desk to request they lower the volume, and they were really helpful and did it right away. It felt like the hotel could use a little more sound insulation, and the bed wasn’t the comfiest, unfortunately.

Summary: There is not parking for trucks, busses, etc like it states. The bed was hard and the pillows felt like the were stuffed with laundry. Not comfortable at all.

Summary: I stay at this hotel often because, for the most part, it’s has always been decent and it’s dog friendly. The staff have always been friendly and the lobby and dining area were clean. The room was terribly humid even with the air running the entire time. They had a dehumidifier in the room that didn’t work. It was so humid that the carpets were damp. The bathroom had fixtures falling off of the wall and grimy mess in the corners of the bathroom where it looked like there was some water damage.

Summary: Air conditioner PTAP unit rattled and curtain blew when it was running. Half of one outlet next to the bed didn’t work and none of the switches turned it on. I found the bed comfortable but my spouse did not. The room was very clean as was the breakfast area. The breakfast selection was better than average and the coffee was surprisingly good. Staff was efficient and friendly.
