Summary: When I arrived to Perryton, it was raining hard with small hail. I wanted to park and unload under the portico, but there was a large white Ram pickup truck parked there. So I got wet as I checked in and unloaded my bags. Soon thereafter, I drove to my father’s apartment because there was a covered parking space adjacent to his place where my car could be safe. Hours later, I returned to the hotel and that same white Ram was still under the portico! I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she was visibly uncomfortable discussing it. By morning, the storm had passed and the Ram was parked in a regular parking space. It was irritating that someone was allowed to selfishly occupy the convenient (and dry) portico while myself and other customers got rained on. Please be more considerate!

Summary: The mattresses need to be switched out as they are way too soft & saggy. When we walked in we could see the indentations in the mattresses. Other than that it’s a good place to stay.

Summary: Our room was clean smelt clean. I think the air conditioners need to get a little colder but it was good. Still lots of room. Very friendly. Good Continental breakfast everyday

Summary: Not much grass for dog relieving, and what little there is has dog crap throughout. No garbage cans outside for disposing of bagged feces. Interior is pretty clean. Complimentary cookies at the front check-in desk.
