Summary: Staff had always been pleasant each time we stayed. The breakfast is always the same each day; no variation- eggs, sausage links, pastries, yogurt and waffles. Couldn’t hook to the internet during this stay. However, due to the location of just being right off I24, we like to stay here each time I have a doctor’s appointment at Vanderbilt.

Summary: This was the best $99 room I’ve ever slept in. Appreciate that it was a non smoking property. Bed felt like a $400 a night hotel -so comfortable. Will stay there again for sure.

Summary: The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean but the tub/shower needs a remodel. Breakfast was good but needs to be replenished more often, if we'd have asked maybe they would refill it. Nice staff. It's definitely worth the stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay with one exception My husband wanted to use the wifi with our laptop but found out he couldn't unless he watched a video by Quality Inn encouraging him to get a membership. He was frustrated that this was required and he just shut the laptop off. This will discourage us from staying at other Quality Inns.
