Summary: No room keys. Had to block door or get front desk to let me in each time I left. Killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Just not a place I'd ever stay again.

Summary: Spent $160 on a jacuzzi room only for the jacuzzi jets to be broken. Just a large bathtub. Then, when I woke up at 4am to dry mouth, the vending machines were broken. Order DoorDash instead, and they won’t allow the delivery driver to enter the building. So the front desk calls the room when they arrive and wakes the whole room up. Go to try and get it from the front desk and the door to the lobby is locked. I have to go outside to get to the front desk, and then am locked out myself. I have been to many hotels. It doesn’t feel like customer service should be that difficult. I won’t be back.
