Summary: We only stayed one night of a three night stay. The first thing we saw when we got there was the Quality Inn sign was torn and hanging. There were broken windows, the first room we were put into wasn't clean. The second room was clean, but not restocked. It only had decaf coffee, the towels were stained and had holes. The shower curtain had holes as well.

Summary: Pulled up to the hotel and parking lot was empty as ever. Went to walk in and the front door was broken had to be manually opened, after checking in and heading to my room I noticed another exit door completely broken off the hinges. Got into the room and overall was okay, lamp on desk was broken in two pieces. The couch looked very questionable and completely worn out. The pictures of the hotel are completely misleading as to the condition of the hotel

Summary: This hotel charges--not authorizes--a damage deposit for your stay. This means you don't see your money for ten days or more and you have to continually check to make sure that it actually is refunded. Any reputable hotel I've ever stayed in will authorize charges like this and not charge them unless there's actual damage. They're not at any more financial risk by doing this. While everything else was acceptable (not great but acceptable), I would not stay here again. There are other hotels in Wichita in same price range that don't reach into your wallet like this.

Summary: The swimming pool was closed so we couldn't swim. Our first room the air conditioner was broken but they moved us to another room.

Summary: I travel quite a bit but require very little. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. The entry lights and lamps were all plugged in and worked. The bed was comfortable. There were places to eat within a short distance. It checked all my boxes, a bed, a bath and a place to eat.

Summary: When I pulled in there were six police squad cars in the parking lot. Smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway where my room(non smoking) was and also could smell cigarette smoke in my room at times. Heard doors slamming around 11:45pm, 12:30am, 2:30am, and 4:30am(It sounded like someone was pushing a cart and was cleaning rooms at 2:30am and 4:30am). Pictures on website not even close to what room looked like.
