Summary: Hotel was decent - got the job done. Didn't smell great and the room was kind of damp.

Summary: I asked to have room service the room was never cleaned, I had to go ask for the clean sheets and they only handed me only one sheet. I had reserve a two queen beds. I will not add pictures just to be kind to who ever is in charge because it’s horrible service and not clean at all. Dust is everywhere!

Summary: The room was not very clean. There was a used bar of soap in the shower along with coarse black hairs on the wall and shampoo dispenser. Part of the soap bar was still stuck in the drain. I don’t think the shower was cleaned at all. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The pool area had no clean towels and when we asked the front desk, they didn’t know where any clean ones were. The breakfast hardly had anything available.

Summary: Cleanliness was lacking. Floor did not appear to have been vacuumed. Stains on exterior of toilet. Shower floor was dirty. Stains on duvet cover. Treadmill was out of order in Fitness Room. One positive was the front desk. Very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Rooms were mediocre but clean. Bed was comfortable. No elevator and hall gets congested easy. Breakfast was basic and packed with people. They run out of food quick. I told the front desk and she said okay ill take care of it and went back to her tik tok. Both clerks i encountered were not real friendly and seemed annoyed when ask things. I woukdnt recommend. Theres better options. Oh and we had a dog in the room next to use that barked at everything. Halls smell musty.
