Summary: Two night stay for baseball tournament. Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms were not as nice as pictures on website. Very outdated and needs to be updated. Beds hard as a rock. Shower would not drain and made tub feel grimy. Pool was packed the whole time. Smelt like ALOT of chlorine. Breakfast was not accessible due to so many people in a small area and not enough seating and ten people in line for one waffles maker. Overall 5/10

Summary: The staff were nice and the room was clean. I've stayed in this hotel approx 4 times over the last 2-3 yrs and the only complaint I ever have, and should have brought this up sooner, is the pillows. They flatten and for me, that makes for a miserable night. My brother had the same complaint. Upgrade the pillows and I'll be happy to stay there during every trhip to B,ham.

Summary: Staff were helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels were a bit thin. Breakfast was good enough but it was not changed during our stay. Conveniently located for us to Barber raceway. Would stay here again.
