Summary: The amazingly helpful staff is the reason this rating is so high. They were all very nice and went above and beyond to assist with my needs and any requests I had. We stayed almost a week. Also, the room rate is very inexpensive and affordable. I will note that it is under renovation, but it definitely needs some work in the maintenance department. Specifically, the elevator is terrifying. Twice it loudly lurched and jerked for multiple seconds when coming to a stop - mostly I took the stairs because of that reason. However, the bed sheets were spotless. No pests in the room. The maids were very nice. The continental breakfast was decent and hot. There was juice and coffee available and it was stocked daily. Management at this place tries very hard to make guests stay happy.

Summary: There was no tissue in the restroom, no hair dryer, no coffee pot in room. Nightstand was still dirty and had sticky soda or something on it. Room got a little warm at night even with AC on 66. It just wasn’t what I expected.

Summary: Property has been under renovation for at least a year. They have eliminated simple things like facial tissue in the room, the do not disturb sign you hang on the door. The electrical plugs in the bathroom did not work. Two of the lights in the room were missing bulbs. I have been in worse hotels but for the $100+ a night it fell short.
