Summary: The hotel is old, but pretty clean. room was comfortable. parking is at the rear, and you need to carry your luggage up steps to get into the building

Summary: We had a light that stayed on the whole time! No one to fix the switch so it was hard to sleep. And they should ALWAYS have coffee available in the nook. Not make it disappear at 9:05 am.

Summary: The hotel is just worn out. The bed was comfortable. The chair in the room was disgusting. The hotel is dingy, the water was barely warm, the wallpaper was stained and coming off the walls in the lobby, the lobby restrooms were padlocked, the clerk said there was a pool that was closed and needed work. This is just a sad old hotel that was once very nice but in need of a demo or full renovation. The evening clerk was the best part of the hotel and was very friendly and accommodating.

Summary: It was an awful experience. Mattress had a pad that wasn’t meant for that bed because it didn’t fit. Mattress uncomfortable. Shower curtain broken and it would not close when you shower. Bathroom floor was dirty around toilet. There was food crumbs under bed. Would never recommend. Walls in room had dirt stains on wall. Lobby looks nice but completely different when you get on one of the floors. Overpriced room.

Summary: The hotel was dirty. The breakfast only included waffles, bagels, one thing of cereal, and some orange juice. When we first walked in the person working the front desk was on their cell phone and walked away from the front desk, We hit the bell on the front desk to get their attention again when they ignored us and they stepped out put their finger up to tell us hold on one moment and continue their conversation on the cell phone for another 20 minutes before helping us.

Summary: The front desk evening receptionist was amazing. She honestly made this day worth it. Beyond that, the room was not very comfortable and hard to sleep and the elevator was broken and we were on the top floor, floor 6. Unfortunately we had to climb the steps multiple times and it can definitely be exhausting. The breakfast was a little slim but at least it was offered.

Summary: Elevator had built up dust, trash in it. The trash can outside was over flowing. Our room in the bathroom had a previous guests wash rag on the bath tub with hair in the tub, the toilet was not scrubbed out, you can see residue built up around the inside of the base. The back entrance door was supposed to be locked after 11pm. We were to use our key code but didn't need to because the door opened right up. There was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby, the Continental breakfast was only raisin bran, looked like store bought little Debbie small size muffins, nothing hot, the bread was in their bags and set inside a plastic container so you would have to open the bread bags to get any. No tongs available. The coffee area was outside of the eating area and had very little to offer as far as freshness, like creamer, sugar etc. we will not stay there again.
