Summary: The bed are very comfortable, great pillows and there are three on each bed. We had a little trouble with the TV at first, it kept saying "No Signal". My husband went to the front desk and they told him how to fix it.

Summary: We had a two queen bedroom for my son and I while traveling. The room was musty, there was not a drop of shampoo in the shower dispenser and we had to share a single towel for the shower. Very dissatisfied and the clerk said that there was nothing he could do about it… For $160, he could have done something…

Summary: Check in was delayed because staff was unfamiliar with the system or poor system performance. Very few of the outlets worked in the room, it wouldve been nice to see the news before bed, but the plugs the TV was using wouldnt work. I tried several outlets to charge my phone but only the outlet in the bathroom was operable. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, but does the staff check out the electrical in the rooms, even periodically? Property was decent, difficult to access, though.

Summary: Customer service was excellent. The asst manager on duty cleaned our room perfectly. The hotel needs to be updated with new mattresses and pillows. Breakfast was just ok

Summary: Needs work. Doors closed poorly. Tv not working. Booking thru third party, prices changed. Just overall sorry trip. Hotel needs updating, not cheap quick fixes

Summary: Senedu was incredibly amazing. She truly made our stay wonderful. I mean it us with a great kind smile and follow up to make sure we were happy in every way. I highly recommend her and this place.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Durant Quality Inns and Suites, when we walked in we were greeted with smiles and very friendly front desk attendance very helpful and welcoming. I was very pleased to find that our room accommodations were just like we wanted them per our reservations it was a stress free check in the rooms were nice and clean, they answered all our questions that we had and also gave suggestions on attractions that made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was nice, we love the choice of the cable provider lots of things to watch on television, bed was very comfortable everything was conveniently located around the hotel, lots of restaurants, Choctaw Casino, Lake Texoma which was great we really enjoyed our stay would recommend to everyone.

Summary: They let me check in 30 minutes early. I wanted a 1st floor room because they don't have elevators. I could smell stall carpet in the hallways. Thr ice machine stopped working on Saturday and I told the front desk they said go to the 2nd floor. I cant walk upstairs thats why i wanted the 1st floor to stay. The carpet needs replaced in the rooms. I feel the tooms were expensive for the out dated hotel.
