Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was spectacular! The room was a bit worn and need of remodeling, but was relatively clean.

Summary: Toilet running often, shower backed up, slowly drain. Jacuzzi was not working again. Over all it was quiet and peaceful. Hope they fix the jacuzzi, especially during winter time.

Summary: It was okay, definitely dated but what do you expect in the UP. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Room was clean. I am pretty sure I heard a rodent in the bathroom wall. Tub diverter needs replaced only got half of the water to come out of the shower head. There is definitely long term occupants, but they were quiet and respectful. It was winter so it wasn’t busy at all.

Summary: We went to room to find out that both room keys did not work. In the hallway leading up the room was a broken lighter. The kids enjoyed the pool however the air in there was on the cooler side.

Summary: Unique for a Quality in, nice lobby decor, but rooms are definitely in need of some updates. We were very fortunate to grab the very last room, however! Can’t complain!
