Positive: We booked an Airbnb, and there were issues. We checked in late at night, and the clerk was very accommodating. The room was clean, and housekeeping checked on us the following day. Great experience!

Positive: The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The staff always seemed to be cleaning or vacuuming and always very friendly.
Negative: There were a few times we couldn’t make a left turn when leaving and so had to go to the right and find a street to turn around.

Positive: Check in and out was trouble free and quick. Access to rooms and parking was great. The area had plenty of access to fuel, food, and places for sightseeing.
Negative: Real eggs and bacon for breakfast would have been better. The hallways could have used better lighting. On the whole, the place gives the feeling of needing a remodel.

Positive: The property is located very close to the garden of the gods, our reason for booking. It was easy to find and had plenty of options of places to eat within walking distance. We spent two nights here and enjoyed our stay, the rooms were a good size with all the amenities, the pool was clean and very quiet when I visited. Considering it was height of the season it was a great place to stay.
Negative: Two guest were smoking by the pool around children. It was a shame as it smelt terrible. The breakfast room was very busy but we did get to chat to other guests while waiting to cook waffles. I am sure they could invest in a second machine, they definitely could do with organising one. Would highly recommend checking out the cave of winds as well. We found by accident and loved the place. Great for families.

Positive: Pool was nice ! Coffee all day in the lobby and breakfast in AM. Front desk staff were ALL very nice as were housekeepers. The room was a good size. Hotel is big but very quiet . Lots of places to walk to eat and activities close by via car. Only thing for rooms are a big larger garbage can and separate container for recycle otherwise we had a very enjoyable 4 days there and around Colorado Springs.
