Summary: This stay was unacceptable, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. When we checked in, we found hair on the bed sheets left from a previous guest. The front desk refused to move us to another room, claiming the hotel was fully booked. They also wouldn’t send anyone to clean the room—so we had to go to Walmart and buy a lint roller to clean the sheets ourselves. The issues didn’t stop there. The shower barely had enough water pressure to function, and there’s no elevator for the second floor, so be prepared to carry everything upstairs. The building itself looks like it hasn’t seen fresh paint since the 1970s, and the walls have a permanent nicotine-stained haze that gives the whole place a run-down, smoky feel. The worst part? Around 3am, someone in the next room either slammed into the wall or threw someone against it, hard enough that our headboard shifted 3 to 4 inches. I could list more problems, but hopefully this is enough for you to make your decision.

Summary: The evening check in person was very nice. Our room smelled awful even after running the AC. Breakfast was mediocre. No hot water and no attendant available.

Summary: The staff wasvvery friendly and helpful. The property wasbin very poor shape. Ceiling drywall fslling on the bathroom. Thre bathtub was stained and apeared to be very dirty. The furiture was stained. The carpet was stained. And the entire property had dortu pet odor.

Summary: The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The beds not so much. Thin, hard, outdated mattresses that were only a few feet off from the floor. The room was clean. The pool was unusable as it was FREEZING! It is NOT a heated pool and if it is, the heat was off! Both the pool and the hot tub need updated and resurfaced. The breakfast offered was okay. Typical Continental breakfast offerings. It could use some bananas and oatmeal.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a dog show, great location right by a Dunkin. Room was clean, no bad smells. Front reception was nice. Cons: The coffee machine was dirty, the shower was loud. Overall I'd stay again for the convenience and price.
