Positive: I liked that it was right off the main highway.
Negative: The smell of food cooking and cigarette smoke in the hallway. The young lady we checked in with, told us that they're renovating and we had to park around back to get to our room. When she said this, she gave a smirk. When we found our room, the smell of people cooking was present but the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway was just too much. When we checked out, I took the card key in to the front desk. The young lady had white headphones on, and I told her we were checking out. She said ok, and that was it. I said have a nice day and she just looked at me like I was bothering her. She had a sweatshirt on that said "Shhh....No one cares anyway". Very unprofessional front desk people, and we WON'T be staying here again.
Summary: Very Disappointing, smell of cigarette smoke overwhelming in the hallway.

Positive: Very friendly staff. Helpful and understanding.
Negative: Smoking rooms aren't as clean as non-smoking rooms. The sheets were worn out and the floor needed to be mopped better.

Positive: We were in town to see a show at the Greensboro Coliseum and the hotel was a short and easy drive to the show. The parking lot was large and easy to park and check in was seamless. We were given a room close to the lobby which met all our needs. Comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet given the location off the highway.
Summary: Great location and great value for a quick trip.
