Summary: I was thrilled with the cost effectiveness of my reservation and upon entering my room, I soon realized that I got what I paid for:( My room had a terrible, acrid smell to it. When I turned on the heater, the smell got even worse, almost like stale urine. Breakfast consists of a lot of sugar and only sugar: cereals, waffles, yogurt and oranges. No protein options at all. The windows do not open and the computer chair is well weathered and leans to one side.

Summary: There was mold above both beds. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, I'm not even sure it was the correct door. It was cracked on the inside of it with ripples at the bottom of it. There was a chemical smell in the room you would notice when you walked in. The bathroom sink never stopped dripping, even with trying to adjust the faucet. It felt very damp in the room. And no one came to make the beds or replace towels while we were gone the entire day. We didn't put a do not disturb sign up so it should have been done. We did tell the front desk but they said the place was full and couldn't move us. The hotel really looks like it's trying to put lipstick on a pig to make it look good.

Summary: Me and my family will never book this hotel again. When we pulled up to the hotel we could tell it was more like a motel where unsavory things took place. Once I went in to our room it smelled like mold and mildew. The floors were slippery for some odd reason. The curtain on the window had holes in it, the bathtub needed to be cleaned as it has hairs on the walls and in the bathtub. We used a towel to wipe the floor to see if it would help it from being slippery and to our amazement the floors was filthy. The towel literally was turning black as we cleaned the floor. We ended up going to get disinfect spray and cleaning supplies to clean the room. We would have just checked into another room but the rooms were booked so I would never ever stay at this hotel again

Summary: Smells of cigarette in the hallway but the room we stayed in didnt smell like that. I guess we get what we pay for since it wasn't that costly.

Summary: I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now. I keep coming back because we love the proximity to the Mall and it’s not too far from the downtown stadiums, the price point and the super comfortable beds. However, on the third day of our stay, my key would let us in the back door but not into the room. The first time we went down in the morning the lady at the front desk was friendly, apologized and got the key going. When we returned later in the afternoon the same thing happened, however that lady was not polite about it. No apology or friendliness of any kind. I even told her it was the second time it had happened that day. Was not impressed. The other staff members we encountered were all friendly, especially check in and check out.

Summary: Swifer those floors and CLR or Limeaway that shower head. Add hardboiled egg or name brand ceral that I know to avoid or eat. Quiet room, barely heard Bloomington's air siren for a spotted tornado. Safe area, don't judge or be rude.

Summary: This property wrecked of smoke despite being described as non smoking. We were charged for parking again despite the online description stating free parking. The only reason we stayed was it was midnight. The property is really run down.
