Summary: Staff was friendly. Soda machine was sold out of everything. Carpet in the hallway was wet. Room was clean but bath tub could be replaced.

Summary: My experience is largely because of the person who picked me up from the airport. He came fairly quick to pick me up, got me checked in right away, and seemed like a really nice guy. The room and hotel seems like it is ran well and everything is very clean.

Summary: Check-in was ok, the room door was very sticky and was difficult to open. The blanket had a blood stain, the bathtub had been painted, the paint is peeling, the shower head was clogged and had low pressure. This was a guys trip, so it was a place to sleep and shower, my wife would not stay there.

Summary: There for a conference in town. Room was clean, refrig didnt work, called front desk and we had a replacement within half hour. A/C worked well. Quiet. Darkening shades on window. TV worked well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower head sprayed water all over room, even over the curtain. Hot and cold breakfast...good selection and coffee. Would stay there again, but would use another app or book the stay myself after finding out I was chgd more than the everyday price by app.

Summary: It was booked solid, but staff was very helpful! Several people were having trouble with room keys, and we needed a cot. The sheets for the cot were queen, not single, but we made do. Quiet room, good air temp. Comfy bed!

Summary: We got there early morning the young lady very friendly and nice got us checked in. The room seemed OK until trying to plug in chargers and the outlets were not into the wall all the way and at times not working.

Summary: This is the third time I booked this hotel in the last month. The first time, correct room, no issues other than trying to locate the hotel. 2nd time, room that I booked was unavailable, I had requested an accessible room as I have mobility issues., None were available on the first floor. I asked if there was an elevator, there is but is out of order. I cancelled my reservations, and went to another hotel. 3rd time, I had reserved was not available, they moved me to a room with 2 queens. When I opened the door, there were no sheets on the bed, trash was not emptied and the table by the door was out of place. They did put me in a different room, again this one was not accessible and once again this one was not on the first floor and the elevator was still out of order. The week prior I did speak to them about this and 2 future reservations because of the issues I had at that time. I have since cancelled any future reservations and have no plans of making any reservations at this hotel. In addition to this, it is hard to find when it is dark and the large sign outside the building is not illuminated. I told the clerk on the first visit how difficult it was to get there, they asked if I saw the sign. I told them the lights were not working in the sign. 3 weeks later, they still are not working. The street is not marked well for the road going to the hotel
