Summary: It was the best spot for what i was looking for. Just wanted a clean quiet place close to some different michigan beaches, and although i was a last minute booking they took great care of me.

Summary: I’d like to start by saying the staff was amazing the front desk girl went above and beyond and truly made me feel safe and welcome as a woman traveling. The hotel however ehh…kinda crazy they charge people to stay here. The second you walk in you’ve been transported to the 80s bc that’s the last time they updated this place 🙈 Dirty nasty rooms and bathrooms, hallways, shared areas, etc. the vending machines were broken, the hot tub was broken, we paid double what the person in front of us paid for just one night and weren’t offered a discount or upgrade upon asking and showing the price difference. The beds were stained. The showers were atrocious u would never ever shower there. The bathrooms were so small you could touch the door with your knees when you peed. Would not stay here again which is a shame bc we go to Michigan often! I’ll pay the $20 less to stay in something twice as nice!

Summary: My family had their best time ever while staying at Quality Inn at Monroe. We got a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious enough to house 2 families easily. The place was top notch and service impeccable. we shall relish our stay for a long time to come.

Summary: All the employees we came across were very nice. The room was fine, AC worked well, clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open late which was great, though it would be nice if after a certain time (9/10pm for example) it was adults only. Just a suggestion, as we went at 10:30pm and it was quiet and then we were bombarded by huge groups of kids that took over the whole space. The hot tub had a lot of foam and there was a lot of hair in the pool? Assume it was a specific guest and not a regular thing. Breakfast was good. The gravy for the biscuits was tasty. Would suggest adding a meat of some kind (sausage patties, bacon etc.) unless they were just out when we were there. Located close to the highway with lots of dining options nearby. 5 minute walk to the Cracker Barrel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in the area we’d stay again. Thanks!

Summary: After we checked in around 9pm. About 15 minutes after we got in our room we had a knock on the door and it was a guy claiming he was with maintenance and said we called him in regards to a hair clog. Freaked out since we never called maintenance. Called front desk and they said he accidentally went to wrong room on wrong floor. The entire hotel was dirty and noisy. People in the room next to us had a dog that was barking.

Summary: This is a clean older motel between the highways and has parking for big rigs, which makes it noisy.. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was absolutely nothing remarkable boring.
