Summary: I was ok. Outdated, and not the most clean. Also did not have extra blankets or other common amenities. The free breakfast was decent though.

Summary: This is my second time staying at this property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. Only one issue was had on this last stay, the TV in the bedroom did not work. I reported it several times and in my 4 night stay it was never fixed nor was I given any reason if it was attempted or why it wasn’t fixed.

Summary: I booked 2 rooms and the staff had trouble locating the 2nd room. The bathroom was very small and not the cleanest but sufficient for the one night we were there.

Summary: Was a great updated room. Comfortable. Desk staff very helpful. However, both mornings I was awakened by the cleaning staff at 7 AM speaking very loudly to each other.

Summary: We don’t really expect a lot from a Quality Inn, but it was the best price in the area and we are not terribly fussy. However, we were so pleasantly surprised there in new Hartford. Because Quality had apparently just dumped a whole lot of $$ In remodeling and renovations, so our room was essentially brand new! We were very pleased!

Summary: I stayed for 3 nights. The walls are pretty thin. Beds are very comfy and the inside of the hotel and the rooms are really nice. The people who work there are very kind. The breakfast was the usual and it was in a district with nothing else around.
