Summary: Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good. Room was clean for the most part except curtains were filthy and birds were living in wall next to ac. Shower water pressure was super weak. Need to update lamps with those with usb charging sockets. Vending machines not working properly and very inconvenient. Should have a small market area stocked with snacks, after-hours food and sundries like most hotels in this class.

Summary: Everything was fine except there was no attempt to clean our room, exchange towels, or replace toiletries, etc between the first and second days we were there.

Summary: We were there for a over night stay. Leaving in the morning for a flight out of South Bend. Very close and easy to get to the airport. Would stay there again. Price was good.

Summary: Housekeeping knocked on the door around midnight. Neighbors were loud constantly knocking on doors yelling and it was very cold.

Summary: Service was slow, hotel VERY outdated, rooms had dim lighting and an old smell, all linens were discolored and stained, the pool was closed by Department of Health, and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we were told it was fine and didn't need to go outside (though we did anyway). Planned to walk out and stay elsewhere, however there were no other hotel rooms available, as it was a ND football weekend, for which we travelled from NJ to attend. Absolutely not worth the stay, or price!

Summary: It wasnt the worst place i have stayed, but the bed seemed well used, and the tv in the room was a brand I have never heard of and was probably like a 32, which to me was really small considering the price I was paying for the room.
