Summary: I had to switch rooms because the jacuzzi was nasty the room was nasty had dead bugs on n the floor but switched switch rooms they didn’t give me the room I pay for was with jacuzzi at all I done argue I just took and then charge me 40$ because o booked with u guys that doesn’t say in the description

Summary: There were dead cockroaches in the room. The floor wasn’t swept I had to wear shoes all the time. I also had to strip the pillows because they were dirty. Whether walking or sleeping there was a constant squeaking noise which made my stay uncomfortable. I reported it to the front desk upon checking out.

Summary: We liked everything about the stay, me and my husband stayed for our 3 years Anniversary with the whirlpool tub in the room. It was clean and the staff was professional and nice, I would recommend it for anyone
