Summary: Stacy, at the front desk, was amazing and greeted us as we walked in. Throughout our short stay Stacy even greeted me good morning and answered our questions. My interactions were more with day shift but all seemed pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was heavensent after the long trip. Overall, I would stay again if I was in the area.

Summary: My stay was very safe and relaxing. My favorite place to stay at Vestal. Good breakfast. I love the fitness room, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Summary: We arrived late and tired and were welcomed by a very nice person at the front desk of the lobby that smelled like disinfectant and pot. Got to the room which we booked with a pull out couch for our son. That’s the “suite” part. The mattress on the couch had hard wire coils covered by thin fabric that sagged in the middle. Very uncomfortable. So, we tried putting the mattress on the floor to avoid the sag. Not comfy. And, when we took the mattress off the couch, it revealed the worlds foulest stain and popcorn. So gross. And no sheets or blanket for the pullout couch. So, went to the front desk, and the nice woman let me try a different room. Equally terrible pull out mattress, but at least there was no stain or popcorn. But sleeping in that thing was not going to happen. My husband had a cold and was half asleep by this point, so went back to the front desk and said I wanted another room with 2 beds for my son and I. We’ll, for some reason that was $60 more than the first gross room. But, it’s getting late, so I said I’ll just book it online and save the $50. Back to the room I go, everyone is grumpy. Get the second room, schlep the stuff over there. My son slept, my husband slept, I was really annoyed, and did not sleep much. There was a bug that landed on my face. Could have been a one off, but who knows. Bathroom was reasonably cleaned, but looked like a smear of blood on the wall above the toilet. Ugh. Breakfast was fine in a runny egg, fruit loop type of way.

Summary: The visit was good,except the nite we stayed,we had a terrible problem with no heat/no hot water! That nite the temps went down to 34 degrees!! Otherwise,food was good(no extras,no frills),but the staff was courteous and very helpful./nice. Very clean place,comfortable bed and price was good!!
