Positive: Regan when she identified we had a problem with our room she upgraded us to an acceptable room.
Negative: The room we were giving smelled like a wet dog. We opened the window for a couple hours while we ran some errands. When we got back it still smelled awful. We requested a new room and then Regan dismissed our concerns by saying "I would have stayed". She sprayed some odor eliminator to see if we would accept it I did not cause the spray made it hard to breathe and I knew the smell would just be back later. And I would have shaken this off as just a bad attitude, but the hotel demanded a deposit of $50 and it took a whole week to get it back (maybe longer I'm still working on fixing that). This put me behind on bills I had coming out later in the week. I Will Never Stay At A Quality Inn Again!
Summary: Bad Business Practices... Never Again.
