Summary: Staff was inexperienced. Bathroom door was repainted and peeling. It looked like an eight year old painted it with a brush and they got paint on the hinges and door knob,etc. They never heard of masking tape I guess! There was some cereal on the floor by the bed when we went into the room. Breakfast ends at nine and when we went at eight fifteen, there were no eggs. I notified a staff member who went and got some frozen pre-cooked eggs. He put two into the microwave and heated them up for us. This should not happen. This hotel has ATV trail access, so I brought my side by side to go riding. The person at the front desk was clueless about that. The first morning that we were there,a man was arrested and walked out in handcuffs. That's a little unsettling. I chose this hotel based on low cost. There isn't much of a choice of hotels in the area. Next time I'll spend more money for a room somewhere else.

Summary: I found the continental breakfast was terrible. Dried out eggs, 1 selection of muffin, 1 selection of cereal, coffee machine not working. Not a selection of fruit or yogurt. Worst continetal breakfast ive ever seen. Shower very hard to turn on. When you do make a complaint about anything on the room, they come down when you are there. The air conditioner plug has a whole around it. Ceiling tiles are yellow and disgusting. If you do need something, nobody at front desk. This is the worst hotel i have stayed at. Wont stay there again.

Summary: The price was affordable, bed was comfortable, rooms were ok. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. Seemed like there was some renovation going on. Room was not vacuumed, sheets had a stain on them, hot water in the shower was minimal, floor boards were falling off, holes in the wall from new artwork being hung, paint on walls, doors, and trim were not professionally done, broken glass on a couple of exterior doors, tv's did not work all weekend, juice machine was broke, and breakfast items were limited. We had to checkout a day early due to a family emergency and I was told I would not be credited for the last night of stay, was told a manager would reach out but still have not heard from anyone. I would not stay here again unless improvements are made.

Summary: Property wasn’t plowed until the day we left after a heavy snow storm making it difficult to enter the parking lot. Good thing we had sleds! The tv was out for our entire stay. My father came down ill on the first night and made for a long day of nothing to do in the room but stare at a green screen.

Summary: The Inn was renovated in the last 2 years. Workmanship of the reno was low quality. Walls were just painted over not prepped. Checked out a day early. They said a refund was "no problem". Ended up having to pay a $99.00 cancellation fee. Room across the hall had several guys talking very loud past 1:30 AM. Breakfast eggs where refrigerator cold. Management was a nightmare.

Summary: The room itself was nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, there was a strange odor in the room that appeared to be covered up by a large amount of room spray or carpet deodorizer that was very overwhelming.
