Summary: cheerful and helpful check in. Everything was the best except that the room smelled strongly of something chemical when we checked in. Maybe attempt to freshen the air? We had to open door and run fan. Other than that, no complaints. The staff seemed especially helpful.

Summary: The first floor rooms have strong mold smells. The carpet is a little damp. The service was good but the condition of the rooms itself was not ideal.

Summary: The room was average and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was fine but the breakfast room is quite small and it’s hard to get to the area with the food. They would be smart to have the food area outside of the dining area.

Summary: The room has many noises.... From the refrigerator making a high pitch noise to the noisy fans. The electrical with the TV would continue to turn off.

Summary: We usually have to stay at Dog friendly hotels as this one is, and usually, they are not as nice a room. Let me tell you, we were very pleasently surprised by the nice clean room and friendly service here! Even our pup could tell the difference!

Summary: Comfortable bed, descent breakfast. Good location across from lake with walking path. Be aware- no elevator, so request first floor if any mobility issues (or heavy luggage!)

Summary: Room was excellent. Very clean. Shower drain a smidge slow. Breakfast was fantastic..they had staff that were kind enough to go around and refill coffee!! I used the fitness center; treadmill was perfect for my needs. All front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Great location. Highly recommend.
