Summary: Room exceptionally cold, air conditioning unit very loud, and could not be controlled. Had to have it disconnected. Room was next to the elevator and several guests arrived around midnight and were very loud.

Summary: It was just a one stay over, and my wife, and we were please with our stay. The check in was quick, and friendly as was the check out too. The complimentary breakfast was excellent all in all very satisfied with service, and stay.

Summary: Was slightly dated, our heater didn’t work- said it needed servicing. The pull out didn’t have bedding in the room, and the mattress was a bit gross. It was obvious it hadn’t been used in a bit bc upon removing the cushions all sorts of crumbs came out. Just needed a bit more attention. The lamps didn’t all work either.
