Summary: Hotel is not very clean. Hair and pubes in our shower. When we asked someone to clean it at first they hesitated. "It's just the two of us tonight." What seemed to be a trainee volunteered to clean it. (Thank you! That was very kind.) I understand being understaffed but as a paying customer I expect better. Room is grimey. We wiped multiple greasy fingerprints and some mysterious crusty substance off of the peeling scratched up pleather headboards with Clorox wipes. Turned the heater on and it smells so dusty. I noticed the pungent sour smell when my kiddos and I hit the public restroom when we first arrived. I thought it was just the bathroom but it seems our room bathroom also has the same strange sickly sour odor.

Summary: The staff was outstanding! We were very impressed and would choose this hotel for our next trip. The breakfast had a lot of options and very tasty. The coffee was fresh and available 24 hours which was great for this coffee lover. We enjoyed the pool as well. Walmart was next door for any items you may have forgotten (which I did) and those extra snacks. 5 stars for sure 😊
