Summary: The room had a musty smell. Our clothes that we hung on the hangers next day couldn’t wear them as they smelled like the room.

Summary: Our room had a strange smell but went away after we opened the window. The carpets and other items were tired looking. Overall it was decently clean.

Summary: Rooms were clean. A couple of little fix ups led but, overall, quite good. Breakfast was decent with sufficient options. Would stay here again for a night.

Summary: Their breakfast was great. Their coffee was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator broke down while we were there, but it's only three floors, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall was a great place to stay and a good location while visiting some family in Michigan.

Summary: Room was okay. Carpet needs cleaning. Front desk staff had an attitude & very unprofessional at check-in. We had a cooler to ice down, ice machine was broken & front desk would only give out a little baggie full. Parking lot was empty so it wasn’t like they had to ration the ice. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Summary: Room was clean, most of the staff was friendly. Carb loaded breakfast not for diabetics.

Summary: The room was not clean. Trash on the bathroom floor, hair in the tub. The sheets were also not clean. There was human hair as well as dog hair in the bed. The comforter was stained in multiple places with food. Also someone had been smoking in our room prior to our check in. We stayed three nights and the room smelled of cigarettes the whole time. Front desk was made aware, but blamed it on the poor air quality due to the wildfires in Canada. Definitely cigarette smoke. Not wildfire smoke. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was nice.
