Summary: The day was OK but the service and the rudeness of the person at the service desk was not OK. I’d asked when I had registered for the hotel room to possibly check in a little early and I actually called them too and said no problem. we got there about 30 minutes early and they refused to let us check in until exactly 3 PM. There was no pleasantness with him. He was quite rude when I tried to check in.

Summary: The front desk was incredibly friendly and fast. The room was very clean. Only stayed one night but would stop again!

Summary: There was no hot water in the shower, then when the staff tried to fix it, after a half hour, too hot, either too hot or too cold

Summary: We booked the motel for swimming pool and hot tub!!!! That was the only reason and when we went to check-in they told us they no longer had it!!! Take it ff the website!!! False advertising!!

Summary: Convenient for a quick over night passing through. Beds were comfy. I do think they should update their information about having a pool. I was told it’s been closed for years. Sucks when you have a kid who was looking forward to playing in the pool.

Summary: This, probably was our best hotel during our 2 weeks travel around Colorado. Staff is great! Room is clean. No strange smelling. The only minus is that hotel doesn't have swimming pool and jacuzzi, which they had before.
