Summary: The staff was friendly. But the quality of the room was terrible. Our room door lock was ripped off. NO HOT WATER!!!!! We tried waiting for the hot water and nothing! How do they expect people to bathe with no hot water when it’s 30 and below degrees outside. The shower was extremely stained and peeling. The bed was uncomfortable and blanket had something like food stuck on it when we arrived. The top sheet had yellowing stains

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again!
