Positive: Basic pleasant airport hotel - we often use Quality Inns at airports and they are always good. There is a pub attached and a pizza restaurant. Also a small convenience store. Breakfast is included - my husband said it was good (I was ill and didn't eat breakfast).
Negative: Reception staff were rather less than friendly when checking in. The lady who checked us out in the morning, however, was a joy! Be aware there is no elevator, so if you do not want to tackle stairs, request a ground floor room. The shuttle bus was not running between 1pm and 3pm (we were advised by email a few days before travel; unfortunately that co-incided with the time of our arrival). No free cold drinking water provision (there is a convenience store if you want to buy bottled water).

Positive: The breakfast was poor compared to the rest of the hotel facilities. I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions but the breakfast menu has not varied.
Negative: Friendly reception. Clean and quiet room. Friendly bar and restaurant attached to the hotel.
Summary: Excellent for an overnight stay. Will stay again.

Positive: Location is great, staff were great. Price was decent for Toronto
Negative: The room was small, bathroom tiny. The shower had varying temps of hot water, would be warm/hot to scalding hot, then to Luke warm.
Summary: This place was ok, staff were quite friendly. Nice with the airport transfer and breakfast included.

Positive: Spacious room. Comfortable bed, well arranged room. Shuttle service is appreciated, why we booked there. My sister was leaving on the plane in the morning.
Negative: Noisy, not well insulated walls. A lot of people coming and going at all hours, talking in the corridors. I realize now that it is an airport hotel, that it is usually like that. The breakfast was very ordinary.
