Summary: Room was very comfortable, and very close to shopping. Check in was very easy and staff was very helpful, polite and friendly.

Summary: The property looks older and a couple outside doors have noticeable parts that are not working well. The smoke detector in the ceiling was missing parts. While the room was clean it appeared it was not completed as there was no towels, Kleenex and cleaning rag was left

Summary: Not clean! Need to wipe down furniture in rooms, bathtub had brow icky stuff in corners and bottom of tub had black footprints in it. Hair and dirt on floor in bathroom behind the door. Pool filthy. Bugs and rocks. Photos show a hot tub but there was none.

Summary: It was pretty bad, handles on the drawers were broken, there was trash on the floor by the bed, left over condoms in the bedside drawer, the toilet was not cleaned and there were leftovers from the people there before us. Pretty dumpy outside, not at all like the pictures.

Summary: Had to ask for bath towels and cups for room. carpet was stained and grungy feeling, esp in hallway outside of elevator on the main floor. bathtub looked like it needed a good deep cleaning, but shower curtain was brand new. Shower gel and creams were tiny portions, soap was okay. Friendlyfaces at desk. Did not visit the pool. Towels were pure white and bleached.

Summary: Breakfast was OK, hot choices, what you’d expect. Beds were ok, room clean, all we needed. Internet worked, lots of parking. Cleaning people forgot to give us towels, front clerk brought them in very reasonable time given she was very busy with check ins. Good service. Only issue was baggage carrier was not useable due to odd layout of the lobby.

Summary: The rooms and bathrooms had no hand soap. Staff said it was on backorder. Bugs in room. Mildew smell from AC.

Summary: Dilapidated is the first word that comes to mind. Stains all over the walls. Dried dark stain on one of the pillows. Paper thin walls. Alarm clock was so broken, I had to unplug it to get it to stop flashing. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Thankfully it was a quick single night stay.
