Summary: This was a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and in good condition. There was a good variety at breakfast. No restaurants close to the hotel, but there are some a couple of miles away.

Summary: There was a mixup with the reservation. I made the reservation through hotels.com for two nights. The hotel only got one night. So they ran their own reservation which cost me twice as much. Your customer service would do nothing. I’m deleting this app.

Summary: All and all a very good value. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. The exercise room could use a little more equipment like a cable machine. Was very pleased with our stay.

Summary: West Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool. Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast. Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again.
