Negative: The financial system of Quality did some automatic debit and credits to my credit card that I object to. I agreed to the room charges being processed to my credit card but not the EXTRA debits and then credits, The staff explained that is something the financial system does these extra charges automatically but these extra were not authorized nor was I made aware of them I object to your financial software having my financial information and the ability to some how automatically debit my credit card.
Summary: The front desk and cleaning staff were exceptional.

Positive: Rachel at the front desk was lovely and very helpful with information around the area. The outdoor pool looked nice, small but nice although I didn't use it.
Negative: The rest of the staff including the manager were not helpful. Wrong billing in which I got hung up on 15 times today and when I finally got through the manager wouldn't even talk to me. The front deck girl said everything is released and fixed. Finally after frustration, I went ahead and paid it. The sheets were damp on the bed, (or blanket) At least they were clean. Had to take the blanket off for both days. We were there two night.
Summary: We would not go back again.

Negative: When we arrived many of the rooms were not made up. We had reserved a king size bed but the rooms had not been cleaned. We had to settle for two beds.

Positive: It was clean and the location was close to where I needed to be
Negative: The toilet seat in my room was broken and loose and I was not provided with any shower towels only face clothes and hand towels and there was a large gap around the door frame that I could see people walking by and so it was loud as well
