Positive: Location was quite easily accessible. Breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit (banana) was really appreciated. None of my belongings were moved or pilfered! The desk clerk on every shift proved to be very cordial, polite and helpful!
Negative: The smell of cigarette smoke was often noticed in the bathroom, probably entering through the ventilation duct from the first floor bathroom. I discovered that the scary creaking/squeaking sound at night was from under the bed whenever I began moving around.
Summary: The breakfast was a delicious way to start my day!

Positive: The pet fee is low. The location is close to a lot of places.
Negative: It was hard to walk my dogs because there was other peoples dogs poop all over the grass. I had to actually search for a trash can to throw away my poop bags. Would definitely recommend a few dog poop stations.

Positive: The place was very clean. Always saw the staff mopping floors. The area where they had food was exceptionally clean
Negative: Communication between booking.com and the hotel. I requested a handicap room because I use a wheelchair ,. This wasn't conveyed to the hotel by booking . It's the notes in booking that I needed one. So I couldn't get into the bathroom in my room to use the toilet and when I tried I fell on the floor. The hotel said there was nothing they could do until the morning. In addition I contacted booking.com by email 4 times with no response at all. I felt very let down by both. My stay that night was horrible. I'm a disabled veteran who because of my injuries frequently needs to use the bathroom. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Booking doesn't even seem to care. The hotel got me into a handicap room the second day but my little getaway was ruined. Chief warrant officer Del Orfano

Positive: Location was great, it was clean, staff was nice and it was quiet.
Negative: Our key stopped working which was a pain for loading up to leave. We got this room for the jet tub it was an extra $45 not really worth the extra as it was outdated and you had to push the button super hard to even get it to work.

Positive: BIG HUGE shout out to the 2 ladies that made a crazy day a lot smoother for my family, to Krystal, thank you for making my later than expected check in so simple after such a long crazy day, your hospitality does NOT go unnoticed and hard to come by!! To Kutina, the fact that you went above and beyond to fix an error that I made when booking and found us the cot we needed to sleep comfortably, I am so grateful! You two ladies set the bar for a great example of how guests should be treated! Once again, thank you ladies so much for your amazing service, especially being so late at night!!!
