Positive: It was near where I needed to be and had good breakfast/coffee options outside the facility. It was clean and as I expected it to be. A decent night's stay.
Negative: Breakfast was less than I expected. There was no sausage left, little variety in drinks, and the coffee was weak.

Positive: We requested a certain room number during our booking and were told it was booked. When we got there, that information wasn't in the system, but the very nice Gentleman was able to get that fixed very quickly and escorted us to our room, and even offered to help us bring our stuff inside. We needed the handicap parking, so we were able to park in that spot every night except one, and the manager let us still park close by, so he was very accommodating.
Negative: There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. I have four family members who live there in Covington, VA, so I visit there pretty often. When I bring additional family with me on my visits, I stay at this Quality Inn.

Positive: How convenient the location was for the stay, it felt safe, it was comfortable, peaceful, and quiet
Negative: The only problem I had was that the sockets that were in the lamps only worked if the lights were turned on so unfortunately I had to plug my phone in the wall across the room.
