Summary: Unbeknownst to us, this hotel is undergoing major renovations. As a result, the pool and hot tub are unavailable, the breakfast buffet is replaced by a bagged breakfast and there is a good deal of construction waste all over the front yard. Our room was comfortable and far enough away from the construction to allow a fairly quiet stay but carpets with drywall waste was not uncommon. The front entrance was also off limits requiring guests to check in through a side entrance surrounded by construction. Had I known about this work being done I certainly would have picked another hotel.

Summary: Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel under construction so not up to the high standards of before. Looking forward to all there upgrades.will be back.

Summary: Pool spa not open even though I called 2 days before to ask if it was! Front desk staff totally incompetent! King bed instead of two queens but sorted out! Hotel under renovations so should be closed till finished and up to par?

Summary: Staff were friendly and kind. Room was clean, comfortable and plenty of space. There was heated pool and hot tub which was great for exercise and entertainment. Some noice during the day from the construction and renovation which is understandable, but was quiet at night.

Summary: The staff were amazing I would have to say. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of room to sit down in and lots to choose from. I didn’t know the hotel was under construction when I booked. There was no coffee machine in our room, there was a fan in our bathroom but it didn’t come on, there was no ice machine in the section we were in, the pool was old and wasn’t very warm and the hot tub was cold and that was one of the reasons I booked here. Apparently they are turning into a Hilton so I wouldn’t go back until everything was switched over. Would I recommend this hotel. Not at the moment.
