Summary: Was charged more than was quoted. Handicap room on second floor with a tub. I'm in a wheelchair. This time around the trip honestly wasn't good. The whole 2nd floor handicap room with a tub really contributed a lot to it. Not having a manager on site or anyway to get a hold of the manager was ridiculous. It really did no good to approach the front desk. When I asked for a corporate # I was told she didn't have one and then gave me 2 numbers to call that still wasn't corporate.

Summary: It was nice to get a way for a night or two but they need to clean the vents a use room spray it smelled like vinegar wet dog upstairs. The milk was outdated.

Summary: 1. I opted in for an early check in, I was told that it was a possibility. Only for me to plan ahead, get there and did not get the early check in. All my plans fell through.. 2. Housekeeping is pure hard work, i really appreciate the effort put in the room. 3. Everything else was great! The room was quiet, and the breakfast area was incredibly clean! The lady on duty doing a great job!

Summary: Staff has always been friendly. Easy parking. Could be cleaner. Had a cold shower. Toilet didn’t flush well. Breakfast is ok but outdated.
